After You’ve Gone Review: Going Solo

This episode was far better than the previous two. It had a load of laughs & wasn’t slow to start off with.

The episode reminded me of series one & series two, which was a nice difference to episodes one & two, although there were a few elements which worked well together.

It was more standalone than the previous instalments, although there were references to episode two, and all of Siobhan’s parts were about the break-up of her & Jimmy. It was great to add it in and mix up the different styles of episodes.

Dani Harmer & Ryan Sampson were on top form again. The double date was a hilarious situation for them, and it wasn’t as predictable!

The choral society members were acted & scripted beautifully. They were all brilliant, and a fantastic addition, even though it is only for one episode.

Overall, I found it an absolute comedy silver. Series three is getting better.

9/10
